The addition of counselling and other psychotherapy tools such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy to a depression management strategy can provide a research-proven increase in recovery potential and decrease in probability of reoccurrence – and that’s very good news, if you happen to suffer from depression.Couples and Marital Counselling - to assist when those difficult periods (typical of most marital and partner relationships) arise from time to time. Conflict can sometimes be difficult to resolve and your usual means of communication may not work effectively at these times.
